Large room, large bathroom, 2 TVs, beautiful view from the window, close to cafes and restaurants.

Uniform breakfast, no free drinking water in the room, no disposable shoes.

The gym had excellent equipment, but the valet service was slow.

Absolutely brilliant and relaxing unit with a microwave oven and fridges. Quiet bed and a clean bathroom. Location really close to trolley and the best Jim's Steakout in town, and the downtown area.

The spacious King Suite provided a comfortable experience for our family with children. Enjoyed the kids-friendly breakfast with made-to-order omelets but wished for more variety beyond the pork sausages. Housekeeping fell short, with rooms not properly serviced , which led us to request additional towels several times. A major concern arose when an unaccompanied guest entered our room, highlighting security issues that warrant attention.

Valet parking which was required and less costly than self parking elsewhere was such a treat. The gym was decent and the rooms were really big and comfortable. Everyone working there was very nice as well. The location is perfect for our needs.

Location is downtown, good if there for business but less for tourism (area a little scary at night) Valet parking is $15

Had a blast with friends here! The living area was spacious, and we hit up the local spots like the museum and a nearby park. The breakfast was decent, especially the omelette station. Definitely take advantage of valet parking for convenience!

We did face an issue with a leaking bathtub that caused a puddle in the washroom , quite inconvenient.

The staff were all very courteous and helpful. I liked the size of the corner suite and the 'to-go' coffee brew machine.

The room was not vacuumed when it was made up after the first night. There was not enough tissue.

Perfect spot for a romantic getaway

The room was super spacious and perfect for a 4-night stay. Loved the little fridge with a freezer! The bathroom was like a mini spa-so big and had a tub you could totally relax in. Great breakfast if you're feeling lazy. Only thing was the pool was kinda small, but it was peaceful since there weren't many kids around.

The room was beautiful and very clean

Valet parking was only option unless you wanted to park a few blocks away or on the road
